The pet food recall has reached as far as South Africa with Royal Canin South Africa and Hill’s Pet Nutrition’s South African subsidiary both recalling pet foods, but not before nineteen pets died. Sadly, two dogs in Puerto Rico have died from eating melamine contaminated dog treats.
