Pepper The Turtle’s Close-Encounter With Bella The Dog’s Stomach
Pepper is a red-eared slider turtle who survived being eaten by a Golden Retriever named Bella, due to the quick thinking of their twelve year old owner and their vet. We hope Pepper is feeling better soon and that Bella stops taste-testing her companions.
Airborne Cats By Junku
Airborne Cats is one of the most amazing series of photos I’ve seen. Junku manages to capture the dazzling, frozen flashes of his cats’ feline ballet, providing proof that cats are not bound by the laws of physics the way we mere mortals are. In such a spare setting, all the focus is on the moment captured. It’s interesting to note that in such a sleek, streamlined home just how many of the accoutrement are dedicated to his cats—they are much loved.

Goliath or Hercules—Either Names Fits This Big Kitty
Hercules (named Goliath by the Oregon Humane Society) got stuck in a doggy door trying to get dog food. Now this big boy has been reunited with his owner. And hopefully will be starting a new health program soon.
