Last week’s post on the DIY Dog Rain Coat got me to thinking about all the other DIY dog coats & sweaters I’ve written about. Here are a bunch of tutorials on how to make your dog her own coat—everything from upcycling to sewing to knitting to even weaving.

Today I have patterns for two different Valentine’s Day sweaters you can knit for your pup or a friend’s. If you have a larger or smaller dog than these patterns will work for, check out this dog sweater calculator to resize them. You can also use any pattern for a larger or smaller sweater and just add the designs to your own pattern.
I. The hearts & bones sweater has a cute motif and has knitted straps to keep the sweater in place.

I haven’t done a post on nifty Etsy things in ages. I love Spring and there are some pretty fun Spring/Easter things for cats on Etsy right now. (I’ve included a few bunnies for people too.)
