Here are free stencils for 12 different dog breeds. You may have to register at Better Homes & Gardens, it looks like, but it’s free and you can opt out of them sending you any emails. (Check out these nifty patterns for cat jack-o-lanterns.)
Poor kitty! Never had a cat who had to wear an Elizabethan/lampshade/cone collar? Bryan over at PaperFoldables has made it possible for you to print and put together your very own. Will provide hours of entertainment! (Bryan also has a papercraft version of Michael Jackson’s red, leather coat in honor of his passing.)
Download and print the pieces for your kitty with a cone collar. Cut him out and stick him together with some good double-sticky tape.
You can find out more about alternatives to real Elizabethan collars on this archive page.

You know it’s going to be an interesting day when an inflatable pile of dog poop the size of a house breaks loose from its moorings, travels 200 yards taking out power lines and breaking a greenhouse window before coming to rest at a children’s home. The sculpture, entitled Complex Shit, by Paul McCarthy, was part of an exhibition at the Zentrum Paul Klee in Bern, Switzerland.
